Service was not great. The person didn't listen and when you told her she made it wrong she was annoyed. Would not recommend this DD. -Abigail
The service isn't terrible, but their approach to iced caramel lattes confuses me: extra caramel is really just a normal amount and for some reason they also assume you want sugar, gross. -Sally
